Using QR codes for reviews
After generating your QR code, a downloadable version and URL are created to collect reviews. See further explanation below:
Download version
Here, a QR code is generated which redirects to the view in the browser page of your review form. When scanned on your phone, it is converted to a link that redirects to a review form.
You can share this code with your customers to leave reviews for your business or products. The reviews should appear on your moderation tab on your dashboard for you to publish.
To use the QR Codes, you’ll need to install a QR code reader app on your phone or if you’re using an iPhone or the latest Samsung, you can use your camera to scan it (it’s just like taking a photo of the QR code).
URL version
A link is generated which redirects you to the_ view in browser _page of your review form. When scanned on your phone it is converted to a link (the link redirects to a review form)
You can also share this URL with your customers to leave reviews for your business or products. The reviews should appear on your moderation tab on your dashboard for you to publish.
Download version.
Follow these steps to access and download your QR code:
Log in to your dashboard, click on Integrations , and select Generate Qr Code
On the Generate Qr Code page click on My QR Codes
Click Download, a scannable code should open for you, Click on the download button to add/save the Image file to your device.
Now, open and scan the code with your phone, it will redirect you to a view in the browser page for your review form.
URL version
Follow these steps to access the URL.
Log in to your dashboard, click on Integrations , and select Generate Qr Code
On the Generate Qr Code page click on My QR Codes and select Go To URL, the business/product review form should be open in a new tab
You can copy the URL and share it with your customers to fill in and leave reviews for your store.
