How to generate QR code to collect reviews
Our latest feature allows you to generate codes and URL links for your customers to review your store or specific product in your store.
Let's take a look at the process of generating the Qr code on your dashboard:
Log in to your dashboard, click on Integrations and select Generate Qr Code.
On the Generate Qr Code page click on Generate.
Select either Business Review or Product Review.
Choosing Business or Product reviews allows you to generate a QR code that redirects to a business or a product-specific review form respectively.
For Product review, you need to add a product by Searching for the product by name.
Add a Description for your Business or Product review, this step is optional
Click on Generate for the code and URL.
Done, you can Click on My QR codes to access your Qr codes and url generated.
