Think of it like this: Sources- your social media accounts where customers have left reviews (Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc.) and Destination: This is your Shopify store, where you want to showcase those reviews to build trust with potential customers (Judge.me, Loox, Yotpo, Kudobuzz ).

Here's how it works: Choose Your Source → Pick Your Destination → set up a Connection. Simple!

How to Add a Source

Navigate to Source on the left-hand side. Click on Add Source.

A new page will open up. Choose your review platform by clicking the Connect button next to it.

How to locate your product ID from your Wix dashboard

For the reviews on your CSV file to be properly assigned to the right products, you need to ensure that you include the proper product IDs in the file.

If you have a hard time finding your product ID, this is the way to get it from your Wix dashboard.

To get the product ID from Wix, these are the steps to follow:

Open your Wix account
Open the website editor
Open the Content Manager on the left side menu
Click on Collections
Scroll down until you find the "Stores" category, then click on "Products"
The column ID is what you need to insert into the CSV file to link a product

NOTE:

If you can't see the "Stores" category and "Product" table you will have to do the following:

Click on the gearwheel in the top-right corner of the Content Manager (Step 3)
Click "advanced settings"
Set "Wix app collections" to true or enabled
Close the window and resume

Why Your Orders Are Not Being Scheduled

If you’re reading this, you’re most likely wondering why you are seeing statistics on the number of orders pending instead of orders that have been scheduled and/or sent.

There are two options for the status of orders for which review request emails will be sent.

1-- After Purchase - This means immediately orders are purchased, we count up to the number of days you have chosen for emails to be sent to send the review request emails

2-- After Fulfillment - This means, review request emails will only be sent once orders are marked as fulfilled. We then count the number of days chosen for emails to be sent to send the review request emails.

Users on Shopify platform

If you're a Shopify user, you're seeing number of pending orders because you selected the "After Fulfillment" option but none of your orders have been marked as fulfilled. Once you mark your orders as fulfilled, the orders will be scheduled.

Users on Wix platform

For the Wix platform, it is not enough to just mark an order as fulfilled for it to actually be regarded as fulfilled. You will need to add a tracking number.

So if you’re seeing statistics on your total number of orders pending, it implies, you have set your APM feature to “After Fulfillment”. However, you’re not adding tracking numbers to your fulfilled orders.

The total number of orders shows you how many orders we could have scheduled to send review request emails for.

Why is the Kudobuzz app not installing on my Wix site?

If you're having issues installing the Kudobuzz app on your Wix site, one or both of the following reasons could be the cause:

### Your site is not published

For the Kudobuzz app to install successfully, your Wix site needs to be published and live. If you're yet to publish your site, do so, then delete the app and reinstall it and it should install successfully.

2. You have not provided your email address in your Wix settings area

You will need your email added to your Business Info in your Wix settings area. Make sure to have added it. Here are screenshots showing how to add it:

Why are my published product reviews not showing up on my site?

Product reviews show up primarily in the product widget. Check to see if you have this widget installed on your product pages.

You can also set your product reviews to show on your onsite and full page widget as well. This can be done by changing their settings under the 'customize widgets' page in the dashboard.

To show the product review widget on the on site widget, turn on the product review visibility under 'settings' on the 'customize review' tab. This guide will help you do that. Do same for the full page widget if you want to show your product review on that widget too.

Adding the Kudobuzz app to your Shopify site

This guide is for Shopity stores that are hosted on the Shopify 2.0 versions.

In your Shopify dashboard, click on Online Store
Then click on Customize

Go to Theme Settings at the bottom left of the page

Click on App Embeds and click to turn on the Kudobuzz script loader
Hit the Save button to save your work

Reload the page and notice you'll now find the Kudobuzz widgets on your site!
