Think of it like this: Sources- your social media accounts where customers have left reviews (Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc.) and Destination: This is your Shopify store, where you want to showcase those reviews to build trust with potential customers (Judge.me, Loox, Yotpo, Kudobuzz ).

Usually when customers buy products from your store, you’ll want to request reviews from them so you can use the reviews to attract more customers.

The After Purchase Mail (APM) feature of the Kudobuzz Reviews app automatically sends out emails to your customers after they have made purchases from your store.

Setting up your After Purchase Mail

To set up your After Purchase Mail, follow the steps below:

From the dashboard, click on Collect Reviews from the left menu options.
Select After Purchase Mail from the list of Collect Reviews features.

The following are areas you can update or customize to suit your business:

SET APM STATUS

The After Purchase Mail has an enable button that allows you to control whether you want to turn on the APM or not. For instance, if you decide at some point that you don’t want review request emails to go out to your customers when they buy from your store, you can disable it by toggling it off.

How to Automatically Publish Reviews to Your Site

1- On your dashboard, click on Sync Social Reviews from the left side menu options.

2- Click on Social Channels and then select Facebook.

This guide will walk you through how to import your Google Map reviews.

Note: You should have claimed your Google My Business account and be on a paid plan to use this feature.

On your dashboard, click on Sync Social Reviews from the left side menu options.

Click on Social Channels and then select Google.

You'll now see an Add Account button. Click on it.

Your Google account will be authenticated and a prompt shown you to allow the permissions we need to be able to get your account connected.

Once your account is connected, you will see the option to select the business you want the reviews for. Select the business and click the Add Business button.

Your reviews should start coming in after a short while. You can then go to the Manage Reviews section to publish the reviews to get them showing on your site.

How to import your reviews

From the dashboard, click on Moderation from the left menu panel.

Click on Manage Reviews from the list.

Download the sample CSV file given and check to see if it's similar to what you have. If not, you can copy the details from your file unto the sample file provided.

Note: If you are importing reviews for your Wix account and want your reviews to sync on your products. Please provide correct Product ID. Follow the steps below or go here to check your product IDs;
