I am a new store with no reviews. Can I still use this?
Yes, and this is the best time to install it. Import reviews from Facebook, Google Business, AliExpress, Amazon, Etsy or Yelp for the products you sell, publish them, and your product pages have social proof before your first order lands.

Will Kudobuzz slow down my store?
No. Widgets load after your page content, so your product page renders first. This matters if you pay for traffic.

Does it work with my Shoplazza theme?
Yes. Widgets are added through the app and pick up your store fonts and colors. You can change layout, star color, spacing and text without touching code.

I am moving from Shopify or WooCommerce. Can I bring my reviews?
Yes. Export your reviews as a CSV file and import them into Kudobuzz. Ratings, review text, dates and photos come across.

Can I collect photo and video reviews?
Yes. Your review request page lets customers upload photos or a short video, and you choose where those show up on your store.

Will my star ratings show in Google?
Yes. Kudobuzz adds product review markup to your pages for organic search, and can send your ratings to Google for Seller Ratings in Shopping ads.

Do review requests send automatically?
Yes. Choose how many days after delivery to send, and Kudobuzz handles the rest, including one reminder. You can also send manual requests or share a QR code.

Can I hide a bad review?
You approve every review before it goes live. You can also reply publicly, which usually works better than hiding it. Shoppers trust a store with a few honest three star reviews more than a store with nothing but five stars.

What languages do you support?
Review request emails and widget text can be edited into any language you sell in, and customers can leave reviews in their own language.

What happens after the 14 day free trial?
You pick a plan that fits your review volume. Nothing is charged during the trial, and your reviews stay yours either way.

How do I get help?
