How to view the dashboard in a different language
Our dashboard is set to show in English by default. If you're a non-English speaker and want to change the language of the dashboard to a different language, kindly follow the steps below to do this.
Note: We currently only support Japanese, German, Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Dutch and Hindi. We're continuously working on adding more languages.
1- Login to the dashboard.
2- Click on the Profile icon at the top right corner of the dashboard.

If you are on a free plan and want to upgrade your plan, follow the steps below;
Login to your dashboard and click your current plan from your right side of your dashboard.
Once you click on your current plan, you’ll be taken to a page where you can upgrade your plan.

If you need to update your account password, please follow the steps below:

2- Click on the Profile icon at the top right corner of the dashboard

If you used the same email to create more than one account with us, those accounts will be connected. This means, whilst you are in one of the accounts, you can quickly switch to the other from the active account.
Here are some steps to switching between accounts;

If you did not complete the onboarding steps after installing our app, you’re likely still using the default business name and email we generated for you. If this is not changed, review request emails we send on your behalf will use this default business name.
Follow the steps below to change your business name and email;
Enter your Kudobuzz dashboard and click on the profile icon at the top right side of your dashboard.

Kudobuzz has joined the PWA family! We have recently included the feature to download Kudobuzz right to your desktop through Progressive Web App (PWA) powered technology. That means, you don’t need to stay on your browser to be able to use Kudobuzz and you can still work on it when you’re offline.
To use Kudobuzz in the Desktop mode, follow the steps below:

Kudobuzz has a feature that allows you to invite users to your account. Here are the levels of access
Owner: Have access to all features of the app
Admin: Has access to everything apart from account upgrades and inviting team members
Manager: Has access to Moderation but cannot delete reviews, Q&A, does not have access to settings and does not have access to upgrade account
