How to invite users to your account
Kudobuzz has a feature that allows you to invite users to your account. Here are the levels of access
Owner: Have access to all features of the app
Admin: Has access to everything apart from account upgrades and inviting team members
Manager: Has access to Moderation but cannot delete reviews, Q&A, does not have access to settings and does not have access to upgrade account
Follow the steps below to invite a user to your account at any of these levels
On your dashboard, click on your profile at the top right, and click Team
Click 'Add Team'
Fill in the details of the new user and click 'Add'
Once you've successfully added the user, they get an invite in the stipulated email about being invited to this account, and on the team page, you will see something similar to the image below:
