Introducing Review Analytics on the dashboard

Kudobuzz wishes for our users to know exactly what their customers think about their business or products. As such keywords from reviews left by your customers, are highlighted for you to have an idea of the general sentiments of your customers in the review analytics email we send each week.

Reviews are categorized as Positive, Negative, or Neutral. Then, sub-grouped under at least two of these topics on your dashboard:
Quality
Recommend
Excellent
Ease of Use
Functional
Pricing
Affordable.
Cheap
Reliable
Delivery
Terrible service
Not working.
Bad

Follow these steps to check out your review analytics:

On your dashboard, click on Moderation and select Manage Reviews



Click on any Review and Notice the keywords.
