How to import your reviews

From the dashboard, click on Moderation from the left menu panel.



Click on Manage Reviews from the list.



Download the sample CSV file given and check to see if it's similar to what you have. If not, you can copy the details from your file unto the sample file provided.


After, click on Import CSV file to upload your file



Click on Save Reviews to save the file upload.



Note: If you are importing reviews for your Wix account and want your reviews to sync on your products. Please provide correct Product ID. Follow the steps below or go here to check your product IDs;

WIX USERS
Step 1: Go to your Wix dashboard.

Step 2: Click Store Products, you'll see a page like this with their products listed;



Step 3: When you click one of your products, and check the URL, you can see your product id at the last part.



In this case, the product ID is 840075d0-5e89-f9b1-431d-c79429b5bbcb

SHOPIFY USERS
Follow the below steps or go here to find the product id of any specific product in Shopify –

Step 1: Log in to your Shopify account.

Step 2: Navigate to the Products.

Step 3: Click on the product whose product ID is required.

Step 4: Copy the Product ID from the address bar. The ID is the last part of the URL. In the images below, the product id is 4434093211785 and after editing a variant, the variant id of this product is 32199733280905.




Done! Head over to the Moderation page to moderate the just added reviews.
