How to Respond to Customer Questions in the Kudobuzz Q&A Section (Shoplazza)
The Questions and Answers (Q&A) feature allows your site visitors to ask questions directly through the Kudobuzz widget displayed on your Shoplazza store. These questions can range from product inquiries to shipping policies and more.
As a store owner, you can respond to these questions right from your Kudobuzz mini-dashboard inside Shoplazza. Once answered, both the question and your response will appear on the widget, helping future shoppers find answers instantly and make confident purchasing decisions.
- From the dashboard, click on Questions & Answers in the left menu panel.
- Find the question you want to answer and click on it.
- On the Question Details page, type your response in the "Enter your reply" field at the bottom and click the send icon.
- Done. Your answer has been added and should look something like this.
