Introducing Kudobuzz Review Analytics

At Kudobuzz, we've added a Review Analytics feature to provide insights into your review statistics over time, just so you have an idea the progress you're making with regards to gathering reviews and how they have impacted your business over time.

Currently, you receive weekly updates that summarize your received reviews and highlights key sentiments shared by your customers. This way, you can effortlessly monitor your performance and compare it to industry standards to stay ahead of the curve. Here's an in-depth guide to explain how to make the most of these analytics. The analysis comes in 3 sections namely:

i. Reviews Overview
ii. Product Rating Trend
iii. Business Rating Trend
iv. Sentiment Cloud

i. Reviews Overview
Here, you see an overview of the number of reviews received through our widgets, after-purchase emails, and your social platforms for your store in the past week. It is grouped into;
Business reviews: reviews for your business/store
Product reviews: reviews assigned to products in your store
Social reviews: reviews from your social accounts connected to your dashboard
Check out reviews: reviews added while your customers checked out from purchases

We also indicate an average of your review campaign ratings score as compared to the industry standard to see how you have fared.
