How to Disable the Star Ratings Widget in Shoplazza
The star ratings widget displays product rating summaries across your store, including collection/gallery pages and individual product pages. If you prefer not to show these ratings, you can easily disable the widget.
Please follow the instructions below to turn off the star ratings widget. Kindly note that turning it off for the collection/gallery page will automatically turn it off for the product pages as well.
- On your dashboard, click on Review Widgets from the left menu panel.
- Click on Star Rating from the list of widgets.
- When the page opens, just beneath Show on Device, toggle off the Desktop and Mobile buttons based on your preference.
- Click the Save Changes button to save and apply your settings.
