How to Show Only Business / Product Reviews in your Onsite Widget (Shoplazza)
The onsite widget can show both business and product reviews in two tabs. When first set up, both review tabs are visible but to suit your needs, we have provided you the option to decide which kind of reviews you want to show in your onsite widget.
Follow the steps below to disable either the Business / Product reviews tab and show your preferred reviews:
Enter your dashboard and click on Widgets from the left menu panel.
The page will open to the Onsite widget settings. Once there, toggle either the Show Business Reviews or Show Product Reviews tab under Position off.
Scroll down a bit and click the Save button to apply the changes.
Done.
