How to enable / disable Questions & Answers on your widgets (Shoplazza)
Questions and Answers (Q&A) feature allows you to receive queries/inquiries in the form of questions from visitors of your site via our widgets on display on your site.
You may respond to these questions and then choose to display both the question and answers on the widgets to help future site visitors make quick decisions.
Should you want to enable / disable the ability to collect questions and answers, follow these steps;
Note: You will need to be on the Lunch and higher plans to use the Q&A feature.
From your dashboard, click on Widgets from the left side panel.

It'll open to the Onsite widget settings. On that page, scroll down to Advanced, toggle on the Question & Answer button and click Save.

Now, click on Product in the list of widgets to open the Product widget settings.

Scroll down to Advanced, toggle on the Question & Answer button and click Save like you just did for the Onsite widget above.

Done!
If you wish to disable the feature, just toggle it off and you're good to go.
Please note that this feature is available only on the Onsite and Product widgets and you decide which widget to enable it on and which to keep it off.
