How to collect Facebook Reviews

On the dashboard, click 'Review Campaigns' tab



Click on Create New Campaigns



Click on New Campaign



Choose Collect Facebook Reviews



Place your Facebook Review URL and Campaign Name. Please take note of the format (example: https://www.facebook.com/kudobuzz/reviews) and then hit the Next button



Click on +Select Segment and choose from the list of segments you have created



Note that you have the option to choose more than 1 segment for your campaign



Click on Next

Edit the Subject of the email to suit your preference



Edit the message to suit your tone and style



Check the preview to see that everything looks to your satisfaction. You can also send a test email if you want.



If satisfied, click on Next to continue



Choose when to start sending emails, Immediately or a custom date. Hit Start Campaign to save your work and set it live
