Deleting a Segment

Before you delete a segment, make sure that it isn't linked to any campaign, as a segment can't be deleted if it's linked to a campaign, except that campaign is deleted as well. Click here to see how to delete a campaign.

On the dashboard, click Campaigns




On the Campaigns page, click on Customers.



Click on the Delete icon next to the segment you want to remove



Confirm the action
