Creating email domains for requesting reviews

Follow the steps below to create an email domain to use for collecting reviews from your customers.

On the dashboard, click on your profile on the top right, and select Settings from the list



On the Settings page, select Email Domains



Click on Add Domain



Enter your domain and click Add



Add the stated records to your DNS settings so that Kudobuzz can send emails using your domain, then click Verify Domain



After successfully verifying, add the email address to your email preferences under Settings and you're all good.




Note:
If you want reply-to emails to land in the email address you use for sending the emails, put the same email address in the reply-to field.
