How to turn off the APM (After Purchase Mail)

Kudobuzz has a feature, the After Purchase Mail, which is a feature that requests reviews via email from customers who have bought an item/items from your store. While a lot of customers love to make use of this to solicit reviews from their customers, some also prefer to turn it off and use their own campaigns for that purpose.
