How to set up after purchase mail (Shoplazza)
OVERVIEW
Usually when customers buy products from your store, you’ll want to request reviews from them so you can use the reviews to attract more customers.
The After Purchase Mail (APM) or Request Reviews (RR) feature of the Kudobuzz Reviews app automatically sends out emails to your customers after they have made purchases from your store.
Setting up your Request Reviews
To set up your RR, follow the steps below:
From the dashboard, click on Reviews from the left menu panel and select Request Reviews from the menu above the reviews

The following are areas you can update or customize to suit your business:
SET RR STATUS
The Request Reviews has an enable button that allows you to control whether you want to turn on the Collect Reviews or not. For instance, if you decide at some point that you don’t want review request emails to go out to your customers when they buy from your store, you can disable it by toggling it off.

CONTROL NUMBER OF DAYS DELAY BEFORE REQUESTS GO OUT
You can set how many days delay should be considered before email requests go out. You can choose between 1 and 30 days.
To set the number of days delay follow this step:
Click Email Timing to select the number of days interval you would like to elapse before the request is sent out.

Now, choose the criterion that should be met before the request is sent out.
When you select After Purchase, the day count begins right after the purchase is made.
When you select After Fulfillment, the day count begins only after you have marked the order as fulfilled in your ecommerce platform.

EMAIL CUSTOMIZATION (Available on Lunch Plan and higher plans)
You have control over the content of the review request email we send. Apart from using your own copy, you can also change the whole copy to a different language.
You can edit the subject of the email. You can make use of any of the available variables in the email subject.
You can edit the body of the email. The body of the email should be written so as to convince your customer to leave a review. You can make use of any of the available variables but make sure to keep the default {{ review_form }} variable intact.

Remember to Save settings for all your changes.
At the bottom, you'll see an option to send yourself a test email request to check the request to be sent looks like.
We only allow three (3) test emails per day.
