How to Import Review Request
This guide explains how to request reviews from multiple people at once using a CSV file.
Ensure the Purchase mail settings are enabled. Not sure how? Follow this guide:
Go to Moderate from the left side menu on your dashboard.
Choose Collect and under Collect select** Basic .
Select Import request within this section.
Click Import CSV file to upload your CSV file containing reviewer information.
Click Import to send the review request emails to al the listed customers.
Important Notes:
Your CSV file must be formatted correctly to ensure a smooth import process.
