How to create customer segments?

This feature helps businesses personalize communication, target promotions, and enhance the customer experience by grouping customers according to specific criteria, such as demographics, buying behavior, interests, or value to the business.

Proceed to the 'Reviews' tab and select 'Collect' option



Click on 'Advanced' and select 'Customer'.



Proceed adding customer manually. For bulk customers, click Import Customers





Add customer details.



Done.
