How to answer a question left by site visitors and customers (Shoplazza)
The Questions and Answers (Q&A) feature allows you to receive queries/inquiries in the form of questions from visitors to your site via our widgets on display on your site.
You may respond to these questions and then display both the question and answers on the widgets to help future site visitors make quick decisions.
To respond to questions left by visitors / customers, please follow the following steps:
From the dashboard, click on Questions & Answers from the left menu panel.
Find the question you want to answer and click on it.
On the Question Details page, type your response in the "Enter your reply" field at the bottom and click the send icon.
Done. Your answer has been added and should look something like this.
