Guide to Creating Your Campaign Message

In this step, you’ll design the email that will be sent to customers as a review request. Use dynamic fields to personalize the email for each recipient.

Theme Selection

Standard, Compact, Emoji, Minimalist: Choose a theme to style your review request email. Each theme offers a different layout and visual approach.



Select a Product: Use the dropdown to specify the product associated with the review request.



Editor

Email Subject: Type a subject line for your review request email.



Message Body: Customize the message content in the text editor. You can use the toolbar to format text (bold, italics, underline) and add links or images as needed.



Dynamic Fields: Use placeholders like {{ customer_name }}, {{ business_name }}, and {{ review_form }} to personalize the message. Check on the placeholders listed below the editor to add them to your message.



Preview
View a real-time preview of your email on the right. The preview shows how the email will look to your customers, including the star rating and text input options for submitting feedback.




Actions

Reset: Click this to clear any changes and revert to the default message template.
Send Test: Send a test email to see how the message will appear in an inbox.
Save as Draft: Save your progress without finalizing the campaign.
Back: Go back to the previous step.
Next: Move to the next step in the campaign creation process.
