Can I delete reviews?
Yes, you can delete reviews you don't want to add to your list. Here are the steps to follow to get this done.
Open your Kudobuzz dashboard and click on the Moderation tab.
When the tab opens to Manage Reviews, select the review you would like to delete and click the Delete button at the top of the reviews.
You will see a message pop-up asking for confirmation to delete the review. Click on Delete if you are certain.
NOTE that once a review is deleted, it cannot be retrieved! Be ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that you would like to remove the review from your list of reviews before deleting it. If you would rather the review not show on your site, then kindly unpublish it instead. This will allow you to stop displaying the review on your website but still have it on your dashboard.
