How to connect your Facebook account
The Kudobuzz Reviews app allows you to connect and import your Facebook reviews and display them on your website using beautiful widgets to attract more buyers.
This guide will walk you through how to import your Facebook reviews.
1- On your dashboard, click on Sync Social Reviews from the left side menu options.
2- Click on Social Channels and then select Facebook.
3 - Click on the Add Account button
5- You will be redirected to Facebook for authentication (if you are already logged in) or you will be asked to log in to Facebook then asked to authenticate. Click Continue to log in to your account
6- Select a page and click Add Page.
7- Your Facebook page will now be added and your Facebook reviews will start being pulled in.
Give it a few minutes, depending on the number of reviews, then refresh the page. On the Manage Reviews page, you should see your Facebook reviews on your dashboard. Remember to publish them to get them to show on your website.
NB: Keep in mind that reviews display based on newest first, so if the reviews are older, you might not see them at the top of your reviews list. In this case, it's better to use the filter button to filter out social reviews, then choose Facebook, to see only your Facebook reviews.
