Can customers ask a question on the widgets?

If you have turned on the questions and answers feature, there will be a “Ask a question” button showing on the onsite and product widget. See the article on how to turn it on for both widgets here.

Once this button is clicked, a visitor to your site can make an inquiry and you will receive the question in your dashboard with an accompanying email notification. You can decide to publish the question and your answer to help other customers who might have the same question




Note that you'll see all questions that have been asked once you're in your dashboard, under Moderation. You can respond to them using the help of this guide.
