How to Show Only Product Reviews in your Onsite Widget
Overview
The onsite widget can show both business and product reviews in two tabs. You have the option to decide which kind of reviews you want to show in your onsite widget.
Follow the steps below to disable the Business reviews tab thereby showing only product reviews:
From the menu options, click on On-Site Widgets.
On the Customization page, click on Onsite.
Once on the Onsite widget page, toggle the Business reviews tab off.
Save settings to apply the changes.
