How to Show Only Business Reviews in your Onsite Widget
The onsite widget can show both business and product reviews in two tabs. You have the option to decide which kind of reviews you want to show in your onsite widget.
Follow the steps below to disable the Product reviews tab thereby showing only business reviews:
Enter your dashboard and click on On-site Widgets from the left menu panel.
On the Customization page, click on Onsite.
Once on the Onsite widget page, toggle the Product reviews tab off.
Save settings to apply the changes.
