How to setup slider widget for Bigcommerce
The slider widget allows you to show your published reviews in a slider on your homepage or any of your pages where you want reviews to show in a slider format. Follow the steps below to set up your slider widget.
On your dashboard, click on On-Site Widgets
3-- Select Slider from the list of widgets.
4-- On the Slider settings, click on Embed Code tab and copy the slider widget code.
5-- In your Bigcommerce dashboard click on Storefront.
6– In the Storefront options, click on Web Pages.
7– On the Web Pages page, click to select the web page you will like to add the slider widget to.
8– On the web page, go to Web Page Details and click on the HTML button in the WYSIWYG EDITOR.
10– In the HTML Source Editor that shows, paste the Slider widget code you copied in Step 4 just where you want the slider widget to show and click Update.
11– Save your changes and exit. The page should now show the slider widget.
Note: To setup the slider widget on the homepage, you will need to go into your theme files and add the slider widget code to the theme that controls the homepage.
