How to reduce the size of the onsite widget on mobile
Some users have given feedback on how the onsite (the widget that shows on all pages of your site) affects or blocks some content on the mobile version of their sites. We have come up with an alternative that shrinks the widget considerably and does not block content on mobile devices. Here's how to enable it.
On your dashboard, click on On-Site Widgets
Click on Onsite
Under settings,
click to turn on the mobile tab
Click save to save your changes, then check the mobile version of your site. Done right, it should look like this:
