How to delete unwanted reviews from your dashboard (Mini-dashboard)

To delete reviews from your dashboard, kindly follow the steps outlined below:

On your dashboard, click on Reviews from the left menu panel.

Select the review you would like to delete by clicking on it.

A new page will open with the details of the review.

Locate the three dots at the far right beside the reviewer's name and click on it.

Now click on the Delete button.

You will see a message pop-up asking for confirmation to delete the review. Click on the Confirm button if you are certain.

NOTE that once a review is deleted, it cannot be retrieved! Be ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that you would like to remove the review from your list of reviews before deleting it. If you would rather the review not show on your site, then kindly unpublish it instead. This will allow you to stop displaying the review on your website but still have it on your dashboard.
