How to import reviews from a CSV file from the Mini-dashboard

Kudobuzz allows you to add reviews that you may have either collected offline or collected using another platform.
This guide will show you how to import existing reviews from a CSV file.

From the dashboard, click on Reviews from the left side menu.

Once in the Review section, locate and click on Import Reviews

Under CSV Format, click on Import Reviews. To make sure your CSV file is using the correct format, click Download sample csv

. Finally click on Import Reviews to add the reviews to your dashboard.
