Setting up Coupons on kudobuzz - (review collection feature)
When your customers write you reviews, you may want to reward them by giving out discounts on next purchases as a show of gratitude or as a way to incentivize repeat purchases.
This guide will show you how to use the Coupon Reward feature to thank your reviewers.
Login to your Kudobuzz dashboard and click on Coupon Rewards icon from the left menu options.
On the Coupon Reward page, first toggle the feature on and set the type of reviews that deserve a reward.
On the right side of the Coupon Reward page, provide your coupon code and customize the email that will inform your customer of the reward.
Click the Save button to save settings.
