How to reward your customers with coupons for leaving reviews.
When your customers write you reviews, you may want to reward them by giving out discounts on next purchases as a show of gratitude or as a way to incentivize repeat purchases.
This guide will show you how to use the Coupon Reward feature to thank your reviewers.
Login to your Kudobuzz dashboard and click on Coupon Rewards icon from the left menu options.
On the Coupon Reward page, first toggle the feature on and set the review criteria that deserve a reward.
Here's how to set up the coupon criteria. Select a "coupon generation mode".
To Add "Manual" Coupon Code; select "Manual" and provide your coupon code below and Save.
To chose "Dynamic" Coupon Generation; select "Dynamic".
Select Discount Mode ( fixed amount/percentage) and Enter discount amount and Save.
Customize the email that will inform your customer of the reward on the right side of the page.
Click the Save button to save settings.
