How to Enable/Disable WhatsApp Review Request(Shopify)

Kudobuzz lets you send review requests to your customers via WhatsApp. You can turn this feature on or off at any time from your dashboard.


Follow the steps below:


  1. Go to the Reviews tab and click on Request Reviews.



  1. Select WhatsApp.



  1. Toggle the button to enable or disable WhatsApp review requests.



That's it; your changes take effect immediately.
