How to downgrade your plan.

If you would like to downgrade your account, kindly follow the steps below.

Log onto your Kudobuzz dashboard.

On the landing page, click on your current plan from your right side of your dashboard..



Alternatively, you could click on the little profile picture to the top left of the page and select Upgrade Account.



On the account page, click to either cancel your plan or to change it.



Note: If you would like to downgrade to the Coffee plan, just click to cancel your plan and you're done.

If you would like to change your account, you'll be led to another page where you can choose the new plan you would like to subscribe to



Select the new plan you want and you're done.
