How to connect your Facebook account (Shoplazza)
The Kudobuzz Reviews app allows you to connect and import your Facebook reviews and display them on your website using beautiful widgets to attract more buyers.
This guide will walk you through how to import your Facebook reviews.
From the dashboard, click on Reviews from the left menu panel and select Sync Social Reviews from the menu above the reviews.
In the list of social channels, click on the Connect button under Facebook.
On the page that opens to sync Facebook reviews, click on the Add Account button.
A pop-up will appear for you to add your personal Facebook account. Click the blue button to proceed.
It will open up a page with two options to choose from, select the one you would like and click Continue.
You will be presented with two other options for the business you want to add. Select your preference and click Continue.
You will now be asked to review the access request being sent. Look through it and if you're satisfied, click to Save.
You'll be told that your account has been added. Click the Got it button to exit the pop-up.
Your Facebook page will now be added and your Facebook reviews will start being pulled in.
Give it a few minutes, depending on the number of reviews, then refresh the page. On the Reviews page, you should see your Facebook reviews on your dashboard. Remember to publish them to get them to show on your website.
NB: Keep in mind that reviews display based on newest first, so if the reviews are older, you might not see them at the top of your reviews list. In this case, it's better to use the filter button, then choose Facebook, to see only your Facebook reviews.
