# Learn more about Smart Review Requests

You can use the **Smart Review Request** feature to **request business reviews** from your customers, instead of reviews directly linked to the products they purchased from your store.

See the guide below on how to set it up.

1. From the dashboard, click on **Reviews tab** from the left menu options and select ' **Send Now**'.

2. Locate Smart Review Requests at the bottom and toggle the button to enable it. This will switch the APMs to request business reviews instead of product-specific reviews.
