# In-app Chat button not showing on page

If the in-app chat button is not showing on your page. Kindly consider the possible causes with the accompanying solutions below.  
  

**Adblockers**

If you have installed a JavaScript or ad blocking browser plugin/extension you may not see the in-app chat button on your page.  
Possible solutions include:  

*   disabling the plugin or extension
    
*   whitelisting the [intercom.com](https://intercom.com/) domain to enable the chat icon to
    

  
**Tracking Protection**

Also, tracking protection from some applications such as the Firefox's Private Browsing and Google Chrome's Incognito Mode also will not allow the chat icon to display by default.  
Possible solutions include:  

*   de-activate private sessions when accessing your Kudobuzz account to access the chat icon
    
*   if the option exists, include the [intercom.com](https://intercom.com/) domain to the list of allowed tracking services.
