# How to Reward Customers with Coupons for Leaving Reviews (Shoplazza)

Rewarding customers for leaving reviews is a great way to show appreciation and encourage repeat purchases. With Kudobuzz, you can automatically or manually generate coupon codes for customers who take the time to share their feedback.

This guide walks you through setting up the Coupon Rewards feature inside your Kudobuzz dashboard, so you can start incentivizing more reviews and building customer loyalty in just a few clicks.



1. On your Kudobuzz dashboard, select the '**Coupon Rewards'** tab.

2. Toggle the **Enabled** switch to turn on the coupon reward system.

3. Select the Review Criteria for those who are eligible for the Coupon code.

4. If you want to make the coupon code exclusive to those who sent photos or videos, you can toggle on this feature.

5. Select a **Coupon Generation Mode**
* To add a manual coupon code, select **Manual**, provide your coupon code below, and Save.

* To choose Dynamic CouponGeneration,  select **Dynamic**.
* Select Discount Mode ( fixed amount/percentage) and Enter discount amount and **Save**.

6. Customize the email that will inform your customer of the reward on the right side of the page.

7. If you want to proof read the template you've created. You can fill in your email address then click **Send Test.**

10. Click the **Save changes** button to save settings.
