# How to Import Review Request

This guide explains how to request reviews from multiple people at once using a CSV file.
Ensure the Purchase mail settings are enabled. Not sure how? Follow this guide: 

1. Go to **Moderate** from the left side menu on your dashboard.

2. Choose **Collect** and under Collect select** Basic **.
   Select **Import request** within this section.

3. Click **Import CSV file** to upload your CSV file containing reviewer information.

4. Click **Import** to send the review request emails to al the listed customers.

**Important Notes:**
Your CSV file must be formatted correctly to ensure a smooth import process.
