# How to Import Etsy Reviews into Kudobuzz (Shoplazza)

If you're migrating from Etsy to Shoplazza, or simply want to bring your existing Etsy reviews into Kudobuzz, you can easily import them using the **Sync Social Reviews** feature.

This guide walks you through exporting your reviews from Etsy and uploading them directly into your Kudobuzz dashboard inside Shoplazza.

1. Click on the **Reviews tab** in the Kudobuzz dashboard.

2. Inside the Reviews tab, click on **"Sync Social Reviews"**.

3. From the platform options, select **Etsy**. Click on the **"Sync Now"** button to proceed.

4. Click on **"Upload JSON File"**.

5. Then click on **"Upload JSON"** — a file selection interface will open.
* Browse your computer and select the Etsy review JSON file you exported earlier.

6. Click **"Upload JSON"** to confirm and start the import.

| Once uploaded, your Etsy reviews will begin processing. They should appear in your Kudobuzz dashboard shortly; this may take a few moments depending on the number of reviews.
