# How to generate coupons to reward your customer for leaving reviews (Wix Mini-dashboard)

When your customers write you reviews, you may want to reward them by giving out discounts on their next purchases as a show of gratitude or as a way to incentivize repeat purchases.

This guide will show you how to use the Coupon Reward feature to thank your reviewers.

1. On your Kudobuzz dashboard, select the '**Coupon Rewards'** tab

2. Here's how to set up the coupon criteria:

First, toggle on **Enabled**

Select the Review Criteria for those who are eligible to the Coupon code

If you want to make the coupon code exclusive to those who sent photos or videos, you can toggle on this feature.

Select a **Coupon Generation Mode**
To Add Manual Coupon Code; select **Manual** and provide your coupon code below and Save.

To chose Dynamic Coupon Generation; select **Dynamic**.
Select Discount Mode ( fixed amount/percentage) and Enter discount amount and **Save**.

Customize the email that will inform your customer of the reward on the right side of the page.

If you want to proof read the template you've created. You can fill in your email address then click **Send Test**

3. Click the **Save changes** button to save settings.
