# How to generate coupons to reward your customer for leaving reviews (New)

When your customers write you reviews, you may want to reward them by giving out discounts on next purchases as a show of gratitude or as a way to incentivize repeat purchases.

This guide will show you how to use the Coupon Reward feature to thank your reviewers.

Login to your Kudobuzz dashboard and click on **Tools**

Click on **Coupon Rewards**

Here's how to set up the coupon criteria.
Click on **Criteria Setup**

Select a "**Coupon Generation Mode**
To Add Manual Coupon Code; select **Manual** and provide your coupon code below and Save.

To chose Dynamic Coupon Generation; select **Dynamic**.
Select Discount Mode ( fixed amount/percentage) and Enter discount amount and Save.

Customize the email that will inform your customer of the reward on the right side of the page.

Click the **Save** button to save settings.
