# How to Enable/Disable WhatsApp Review Request(Shopify)

Kudobuzz lets you send review requests to your customers via WhatsApp. You can turn this feature on or off at any time from your dashboard.

Follow the steps below:

1. Go to the **Reviews** tab and click on  **Request Reviews**.

2. Select **WhatsApp**.

3. Toggle the button to **enable** or **disable** WhatsApp review requests.

That's it; your changes take effect immediately.
