# How to block user? (New)

There are times you want to prevent certain people from receiving review request emails from your business for whatever reason. This is how to go about it:

Enter your Kudobuzz dashboard and click on **Block Reviewer** under **Collect** on the left side panel

On the Block Reviewer page, click the **Add Reviewer** button.

Add customer's name and email address on the textbox then click the **Add** button. Once blocked, the name and email of the reviewer will be displayed on the page.


If you want to block many more people at a go, you can click **Import** to Block

Click this button then select the CSV file with the list of people you want to block at the same time.

After adding the file click **Import CSV file** button

Please note after blocking a user, the schedule should be created but deactivated when sending, also does not work for manual review requests.
