# How to answer a question and publish both the question and response.

1. **Go to the Reviews Tab:** On the left sidebar, click on **Reviews** to open the Reviews section.

2.  Within the Reviews tab, select **Questions & Answers** to view customer questions.

3. Find the question you want to answer and click on it. Type your response in the "Enter your answer" field at the bottom.

4.  **Send and Publish:** Once your answer is ready, click **Send** to respond, and **Publish** to make the question and answer visible to customers.

5. Your response is now published for other customers to view.
