#  How to Access the Kudobuzz CRO Product

The Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) tool helps you identify ways to improve your store’s design, calls-to-action, and overall shopping experience to increase sales. Follow these steps to access it from your Kudobuzz dashboard.

1. Log in to Your **Kudobuzz Dashboard.**

2. From the left-hand menu, click **Kudobuzz Tools**.

3. Click on **CRO Current** from the list of tools.
* If you are using the CRO tool for the first time, you might see a **“Get Early Access”** pop-up.
* Fill out the short form about your store’s current conversion rate and goals.
* Once submitted, the CRO Feature will unlock for you.

4. Start Using the CRO Tool. You will see options to generate a **Free CRO Report** or a **Premium CRO Report**. 
* Choose the option that best suits your needs and start optimizing your store.
