# Generating a Free CRO report

Our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) tool helps you identify areas on your store that can be improved to boost sales and customer engagement. Our easy step-by-step guide will walk you through generating a **Free CRO Report** from your Kudobuzz dashboard.

1. Log in to Your Kudobuzz Dashboard. On the left-hand menu, click **Kudobuzz Tools.**

2. Under **Kudobuzz Tools**, click** CRO**.

3. You will see options for **Free Report **and **Premium Report**

4. Click the **Generate Free Report** button. Wait a few seconds until the status updates from **Pending **to **Completed**.

5. Once completed, you will see a **Download PDF** button highlighted in blue.

* Click the download **PDF** button. This will open your report in your browser’s PDF preview mode. 
* To save it as a file:
* In the print window, change the **Destination** to **Save as PDF**.
* Click **Save** and choose where you want to store the file.
