# Block Reviewers in Bulk via a CSV file

The Block Reviewer feature is a powerful tool to manage your feedback effectively. Blocking a reviewer helps maintain the integrity of your review process. Here are key reasons to consider:

* **Previous Review Submitted** : Prevents further review requests from customers who have already submitted feedback.
* **Spam/Inappropriate Content:** Helps maintain a positive review environment by blocking spammy or inappropriate submissions.
* **Customer Request:** Respects customers’ wishes to stop receiving review requests, enhancing satisfaction.
* **Unverified Users:** Protects review credibility by blocking users with suspicious or illegitimate accounts.

1. Click on the ** Reviews** tab in the main navigation menu. Select **Collect** Section

2. Click ** Block Reviewer**

3. Select ** Import Reviewers**

4. To block multiple reviewers at once, you can upload a CSV file. Ensure that your CSV file includes the following columns:

**Name**
**Email Address**

 Click on the **Upload CSV File ** button.

Select your CSV file from your computer.

5. After selecting the file, click on Upload to complete the process.
